These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the tk368 platform and all of its services. tk368 ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, or playing any game on this platform, you are considered to have fully read and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.4 Transaction Security

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit, tk368 gives you a 100% welcome bonus — up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in wagers. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• After receiving a bonus, you may not claim another bonus using multiple accounts or the same payment method.
• Each promotion may only be used once.
• A new bonus will not be added if existing wagering requirements have not been completed before claiming it.
• tk368 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of irregular bonus claiming.
• If a bonus has an associated expiry period, this will be stated in the relevant promotion details.

4.4 VIP Program

tk368 offers three VIP tiers for regular players — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). Tiers are determined based on consistency of play and activity.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

tk368 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes across all games. The Random Number Generator (RNG) technology used on our platform is verified by a third party.

5.2 Game Results

If the result of a game is uncertain or invalid due to a technical error, tk368 reserves the right to refund the wager amount for that round. tk368 is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues.

7.1 Closure at the User's Request

7.2 Closure at tk368's Initiative

tk368 may suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Suspected money laundering
• Account information found to be false
• At the direction of a regulatory authority

7.3 Balance of a Closed Account

If an investigation determines that the account closure was not due to a breach of Terms, the valid balance will be returned. In cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, all balances may be forfeited.

• Disruption to game results caused by loss of internet connection
• Technical errors by third-party game providers
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or error
• Losses caused by unauthorised third-party access to an account
• External forces or unforeseen technical failures
